High School Indoor Soccer Registration — Winter Session 1
Join United Athletic Association as we build a competitive, supportive indoor soccer opportunity for high-school players in the Springfield area.
Price: $150 per player, per session. Indoor sessions guarantee a minimum of 7 games plus playoffs for qualifying teams. Games are once a week, on Saturday afternoons/evenings.

Winter Session Registration Notice
Winter Session 1: Registration closes November 6, 2026. Session begins November 14, 2026.
Winter Session 2: Registration opens November 9, 2026, and closes January 4, 2027. Session begins January 9, 2027.
A minimum of 12 eligible registrations is our initial target for forming each team, subject to league acceptance.
Automatic Transfer Policy: If UAA is unable to enter a team into Winter Session 1 because of insufficient registration, the registration and full payment will automatically transfer to Winter Session 2 at no additional cost.
Team participation remains subject to sufficient enrollment and league placement. Families who cannot participate in the rescheduled session should contact UAA regarding their refund options.
What registration supports
Team administration, league participation if the team is accepted, coaching and player communication. Game schedules and any practice arrangements will be shared after team confirmation. Inaugural club jerseys are also included with registration.
What is not included
Indoor soccer shoes, shin guards, personal equipment, transportation and any individually purchased merchandise are separate.
Before you register
Have player and guardian contact details ready. Player eligibility, any required waiver and final division placement will be verified before the roster is confirmed.
Disclosure: Enrollment does not itself guarantee team placement. Final team entry depends on viable enrollment, age/division eligibility, available coaching and facility approval. Inaugural jerseys are provided. Review the Registration Terms and Refund Policy before purchase. Session 1 entry is not yet confirmed. UAA is targeting 12 paid eligible registrations by November 6, 2026 and a team-entry decision on November 7, 2026. If UAA does not enter this team, registrants will be offered a transfer to Session 2 or a full refund.

Required Waivers and Acknowledgements: I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian of the player named above and authorize their participation in the selected United Athletic Association program. I understand that participation in soccer involves physical activity and inherent risks, including injury. I acknowledge that I have reviewed and agree to the UAA Participation Agreement and Liability Waiver. I authorize UAA representatives to contact emergency services when necessary and to provide relevant emergency information to responding medical professionals if I cannot be reached. I acknowledge that I have reviewed UAA's concussion and injury safety policy and understand that a player suspected of having a concussion will be removed from play and must meet applicable return-to-play requirements before participating again. I agree to follow UAA's standards of sportsmanship, respect, attendance, behavior, and facility safety. I understand that violations may result in disciplinary action under UAA's published policies. I have reviewed the selected program's dates, pricing, included services, cancellation policy, and refund policy. I understand the registration terms applicable to my purchase.
Optional Waiver: I give UAA permission to photograph or record the player for use in club communications, its website, social media, and promotional materials.
